Snow Removal Reminder

A reminder that snow removal on the sidewalk in front of your house is your responsibility! For safety reasons, please keep your sidewalks clear of snow so that residents do not have to walk in the street. We ask that all residents try to clear their sidewalks within 24 hours of snowfall.

Committee Volunteers Needed!

Have a bunch of good ideas? Want to be involved with your community? Then let us know! Volunteers are needed for the ARC, Pool, and Landscaping committees. For more information on the committees, please visit the committee webpage. If you are interested in joining a committee, please send an email to boardpresident@fountainhillscommunity.com.

Attention All Pet Owners!

At the January board meeting, the board voted to purchase pet waste stations to help keep the community clean. A total of seven (7) stations were installed and each area of the community has a pet waste station. Please help us keep the community clean and utilize the pet waste stations.

Special Parking Rules for Harmony Woods Residents

The board has received several complaints about visitors of Chestnut Oaks parking in the guest spaces for Harmony Woods residents. Due to complaints received by the board, the board voted during the January meeting to implement a temporary parking “hang tag” policy starting on April 1, 2011. Each resident will be given “hang tags” for their visitors to use when parking in guest spaces. Any car without a "hang tag" parked in a guest space will be towed.

The Board of Directors for Fountain Hills Community Association announces that, effective October 1, 2010, banking services to our association will be with Alliance Association Financial Services (AAFS)*. Our management agent, Vanguard Management Associates, Inc. has made this change in an effort to reduce costs and offer new payment options for our homeowners.

Homeowners will be able to pay assessments by credit card or E-check through the AAFS web site after September 25, 2010. For more information about this change visit the Vanguard Management website.

Trash & Recycling

The Board asks residents to please pickup and dispose of papers and other trash that might be found in common areas, easements, roadways and alleys near your home.

Windy trash and recycling pickup days often lead to the scattering of trash, newspapers, plastic bottles, etc. Thank you for helping keep Fountain Hills Community clean.

Please be aware that County collection regulations require that all materials prepared for collections must be at curbside no later than 7:00am on your designated trash and/or recycling day. All materials prepared for collection must not be set out earlier than 5:00pm the day before your collection day. Recycling containers must be removed from the collection location no later than 5:00pm the day after.
